Premier Washington Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care that promotes mobility, independence, functional improvement, and enhanced quality of life.

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment programs designed to improve residents' mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Accurately document treatments, resident responses, progress notes, and other required clinical information in a timely manner.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals and discharge planning.
Assist with resident education regarding treatment plans, safety techniques, mobility strategies, and functional goals.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, state regulations, and federal guidelines.
Participate in care conferences and team meetings as appropriate.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment for all residents.
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Pennsylvania in good standing.

CPR certification preferred.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings preferred.
Experience with Net Health documentation software preferred.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
