Seeking an enthusiastic, creative long term substitute teacher for a small class of first grade students. It is expected that this full-time position will be for at least one semester and possibly become permanent. The candidate should love children and have experience working with them. A unique, highly effective educational approach leads to huge results. Our self-paced curriculum which emphasizes 100% mastery of the materials being learned ensures a very solid academic foundation.
Training & Support
The teacher will receive training in our proven curriculum which is based on the educational discoveries of L. Ron Hubbard and will receive support from another teacher experienced with our curriculum. The successful candidate will be surrounded by a tight-knit community of educators who are passionate about education and love what they do!

Attendance Expectations
The teacher is expected to be present for all teaching, staff in-service, and conference days as published in the annual school calendar.
Schedule
Teachers arrive at 8:15 AM. School starts at 8:30 AM and goes until 3:45 PM. After-school continuing education occurs on some Tuesdays until 5:30 PM, and there is a staff meeting every Thursday until about 5:30 PM.
Bonuses
$10/day bonus for arriving on time at 8:15 AM
