About Apex Therapy Services
Apex Therapy Services is an established, clinician-owned outpatient mental health practice that has served Norfolk and Northeast Nebraska for more than 20 years.
Our practice includes psychologists and master's-level mental health providers and has an established administrative infrastructure and referral base. We are now looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APRN-NP) to expand psychiatric services and better serve the mental health needs of our community.
Why Join an Established Private Practice?
This is an opportunity for a psychiatric provider who wants the autonomy of private practice without having to build an entire practice from the ground up.
Apex provides:
- Billing and insurance processing
- Scheduling and administrative support
- Office space
- Established referral relationships
- Practice-paid malpractice insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- Support with insurance credentialing
- A collaborative environment with psychologists and therapists
You will be able to focus primarily on patient care while having the infrastructure of an established practice behind you.
Compensation
We use a 45% revenue-share compensation model based on collected clinical revenue.
To provide financial stability while you establish your patient panel, the position includes a guaranteed minimum monthly draw of $8,500 during the first six months of active practice.
The purpose of the initial draw is to give a new provider time to establish a patient panel and referral relationships without the immediate financial pressure of having a fully developed practice.
The draw is reconciled against future revenue-share earnings as the provider's practice develops. Detailed compensation and reconciliation terms will be provided to candidates during the interview and contracting process.
There is no stated cap on earnings under the revenue-share model. As collected clinical revenue increases, the provider's 45% revenue share increases accordingly.
