Experienced Executive Corporate Chef / Manager
Premier restaurant group, MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, prime locations, scratch kitchen seeks Corporate Chef to manage and operate all aspects of daily operation and cost controls
The right candidate will handle day to day operations, hiring, training. scheduling.
This is a hands on position

Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
-At least 4 years kitchen management experience.
-At least five years experience in full service, from scratch kitchens.
-High level of organization.
-High standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
-Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to manage a large number of employees effectively and economically, while maintaining and retaining employee morale.
-Manage ordering, Inventory, Prep, Execution, Scheduling, Training, Hiring
-Integrity, ability to work well without close supervision.
-Ability to follow recipes, and a palate to make adjustments as needed.
-Creative and food driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
