Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both interior and exterior projects. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality. Will entertain little to no experience for the right motivated individual. Transportation is required. Job sites vary from Southern Rhode Island to Eastern Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and renovate surfaces as needed to ensure a smooth finish.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks related to painting.
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with industrial painting equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of application techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with caulking, restoration, and remodeling processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
