Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Provider to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services providing clinical evaluation and treatment services that support a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters. We are dedicated to offering personalized care that promotes mental health, emotional stability, and overall well-being for individuals affected by traumatic experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments treatment at about (more or less) 10-35 sessions at a time.
- Providing an approach of your preference i.e., evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavior management, and applied behavior analysis.
- Deliver specialized services including the most general cases i.e., PTSD, MDD and GAD.
- Manage patient care plans through case management, medical documentation, HIPAA-compliant record keeping, and detailed clinical research documentation.
- Utilize telehealth technology to facilitate mental health services while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and conduct behavioral health interventions tailored to each individual's needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with clinical research, medical terminology updates.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a licensed mental health provider (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Psychologist or AMFT/APCC.
- Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy while maintaining professionalism under HIPAA guidelines.
