We don't operate like that.
We are Keystone Painters, Northern Arizona's premium finish operation. We have built a machine. We have the brand equity, the marketing funnels, and an elite roster of production crews. We do not race to the bottom on price; we sell premium, high-ticket finishes for mountain-craftsman estates and commercial projects.
We are looking for a heavy-hitting Outside Sales Closer to step into our infrastructure, take our pipeline, and get the ink to dry.
The Division of Labor
Your job is revenue. Our job is everything else.
- You do not lift a brush.
- You do not chase down subcontractors or manage job sites.
- You do not have to worry about our crews making you look bad. When you promise a homeowner flawless execution, our guys actually deliver it.
The Compensation Structure
We reward operators who bring true profitability to the table.
- The Base Commission: You earn 20% of Gross Profit on every completed contract.
- The Hunter's Bonus (Self-Generated Leads): If you self-generate the lead through your own networking or prospecting, we stack an additional 3% of the total job value (up to $300) on top of your standard 20% gross profit cut.
- The Math: This is a high-ticket environment. If you know how to hold your margins, sell value over price, and hunt your own deals, your commission checks will be heavy. There is zero cap on your earning potential.
The Arsenal We Provide
- The Pipeline: You will receive warm leads generated by our Brand Ambassadors and localized marketing campaigns, but the true killers will utilize the Hunter's Bonus to maximize their yield.
- The Tech Stack: You will run the proprietary Keystone Painters CRM on your tablet. The pricing formulas, material costs, and margins are already locked in. You measure the property, build the estimate on the spot, present the professional proposal, and close.
Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for "customer service representatives" to pass out flyers.
- The Track Record: You must have a proven history of closing high-ticket deals. You know your numbers, your close rate, and how to manage a pipeline.
- The Spine: When a homeowner says, "The guy down the street can do it 30% cheaper," your instinct isn't to beg for a discount. Your instinct is to calmly defend the premium value of a Keystone finish.
- The Tech Competence: You must be perfectly comfortable running a fully digital, paperless sales process on a tablet in the field.
- The Logistics: You must have reliable transportation to run appointments across Flagstaff, and Northern Arizona.
