Job Description
$35,000.00 to $40,000.00 PLUS BONUS AND BENEFITS!
MUST HAVE 1 + YEARS OF CURRENT restaurant management experience in a Quick-Serve / Fast Food, Fast Casual, Casual Dining or Family style concept.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager

Ensure positive guest service in all areas.

Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a strong, cohesive team.

Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.

Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed.

Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager

Minimum 1 year of current restaurant management experience in a Quick-Serve, Fast Food, Fast-Casual or Family style concept

Able to create a work environment that is lively, exciting and full of enthusiasm

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and dedicated

Strong customer service skills
