About Julianne's Kitchen & Bar: We are a fresh, neighborhood restaurant combining seasonal Mediterranean flavors with a modern, welcoming atmosphere. We craft every dish from scratch and hand-build our cocktails with precision and creativity. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-minded individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders who share a passion for great food, excellent service, and a warm, inviting guest experience.
Duties
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using Toast POS prefferred.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures during service and preparation.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of dining areas, bar stations, or banquet spaces for events or nightclubs.
- Support catering and banquet operations by serving guests at special events while ensuring seamless service flow.
Requirments
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Must be TIPS alcohol certified
- Must be TIPS allergy certified
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within licensed establishments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and basic math accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
