Serrano Country Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Pool Servers for the upcoming pool season. This position plays a key role in creating a fun, welcoming, and high-quality poolside dining experience for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests at the pool.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.

Monitor poolside seating areas and anticipate member needs to provide proactive service.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and surrounding pool areas.

Clear and reset tables to maintain an inviting environment.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.

Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.

Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
Schedule
