About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Representative to help us expand our reach to churches, parents, youth programs, and Christian communities who value academic support rooted in faith.
At In Christ Tutoring LLC, our mission is to see an open Bible in every home while supporting both the spiritual and academic growth of every child.
Responsibilities:
- Visit churches, youth ministries, homeschool groups, and community events
- Speak with parents and families about our online tutoring services
- Build relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, and school staff
- Share flyers, brochures, and digital materials
- Represent our company with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
- Follow up with families and leaders who express interest
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent English fluency with native‑level clarity
- High integrity and professionalism
- Skilled at identifying which families and communities to approach for the highest impact
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18+
- Clean criminal record
Compensation:
- $100 per enrolled student ($50 at sign up + $50 after the student completes 4 weeks of enrollment)
- $10 retention reward every month the student remains enrolled (begins in month 2)

- Total: $500 for the month, plus $40 every month starting in month 2 (4 × $10 retention)
Steady Effort: Enroll 5 students a week (20 students/month)
- $1,000 right away (20 × $50 at sign‑up)

- $200 every month (20 × $10 retention)
