Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area for incoming guests
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service
- Assist servers with food running duties, supporting smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service stations regularly in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs, ensuring excellent in-person customer service
- Use POS systems like Micros POS or similar to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required
- Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation procedures during all duties
- Assist with banquet or special event setups when necessary, providing guest services that enhance overall experience
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques
- Previous experience working with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with restaurant experience, including serving or banquet settings is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services in fast-paced environments
- Basic culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required
- Understanding of safe lifting practices and physical stamina for extended periods of standing and moving around
