Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Oversee merchandising, product placement, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and store cleanliness.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor sales performance using retail math and sales management tools; prepare reports for senior management.
- Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks related to store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or showroom environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, customer service, and sales management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, retail math, inventory control software, and basic bookkeeping.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development.
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and retail math calculations.
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining organizational skills.
- Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous.
