About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional individual to support a growing financial advisory practice within Prudential Financial. You will work directly alongside a Financial Advisor, playing a key role in client service, financial planning support, and daily business operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in financial services and enjoys problem solving, working with people, and taking initiative.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning Support
- Gather and organize client financial statements and documents.
- Assist with financial plans, retirement projections, cash flow analysis, and investment reviews.
- Research financial products and prepare client review materials.
- Enter and maintain client information in financial planning software.
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
Client Service
- Answer client calls and assist with service requests.
- Schedule appointments and manage the advisor's calendar.
- Coordinate account transfers and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Administrative & Operations
- Manage emails, phones, and office organization.
- Process applications and compliance paperwork.
- Scan, file, and organize digital documents.
- Travel with the advisor to client meetings when needed.
- Help improve office processes and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent problem solving abilities
- Self starter who works well independently
- Professional, friendly, and client focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
