We are a childcare and children’s entertainment center offering high-quality Preschool, Pre-K, School-Age programs, and a fun indoor play/party facility. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and child-focused Program Director who can lead multiple programs, manage staff, and support transportation operations with a CDL license.

Position Overview
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations across:
- Preschool & Pre-K classrooms
- School-Age before/after-school program
- Children’s Entertainment Center (open play, birthday parties, events)
- Transportation services (school pickups, trips) – CDL required
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who loves working with children, leading teams, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum, classrooms, and staff performance for all age groups
- Manage indoor play center operations, events, and customer service
- Drive center vehicle for pickups/field trips as needed (CDL required)
- Supervise drivers and maintain transportation safety compliance
- Maintain licensing compliance, safety protocols, and required documentation
- Communicate with families and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling, enrollment, payroll support, and inventory
- Train, coach, and support teachers, support staff, and entertainment center staff
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment across all programs
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field preferred
- Must be EEC Director 1 licensed
- Valid CDL (Class B or state required) with Passenger & School Bus endorsements or open to work on obtaining the license.
- Clean driving record
- Experience working in childcare centers, school-age programs, or children’s recreation/entertainment settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage schedules, staff, parent communication, and transportation operations

Schedule
- Expected to work 45 hours to 50 hours per week
- Monday–Friday (weekends for events if needed)
- Must be flexible for transportation and special events
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
