Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with product selection, including plants, gardening supplies, floral arrangements, and outdoor equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, lawn care, landscape maintenance, and floral design to educate customers effectively
- Operate systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain stock levels through merchandising, stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory to keep the store attractive and well-organized
- Assist customers with e-commerce orders by providing information on online products and services or facilitating in-store pickup options
- Support store organization by performing gardening tasks such as plant care, watering, pruning, and general landscape maintenance when needed
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers in multiple languages if applicable to enhance understanding and satisfaction

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required;
- Knowledge of knives is a plus
- Familiarity with smooth checkout processes
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting with online orders.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
