We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional CBRF Caregivers to provide quality care and support to adult residents living with mental health challenges in a Community-Based Residential Facility. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
We are hiring for all shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Resident Care & Support
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support residents in maintaining daily routines and independent living skills.
- Provide emotional support and positive engagement with residents.
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
Medication & Health Monitoring
- Administer medications according to CBRF regulations and facility policies.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral health.
- Follow individual service plans and document resident progress.
Facility Operations
- Complete daily documentation and incident reports accurately and timely.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and resident supervision during meals.
- Ensure resident safety and respond appropriately to emergencies.
QualificationsRequired
- Current CBRF Certification
- Current TB Test (up to date)
- Ability to pass a State-Approved Caregiver Background Check
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Preferred
- Experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses
- Previous experience in a CBRF, group home, assisted living, or residential care setting
- Medication administration experience
