Landscape Architect - Paragon Associates
Paragon Associates is seeking a Landscape Architect with strong site planning and land development experience to support a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will play a key part in design, planning, and project coordination, working closely with civil engineers and project teams on commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support site planning and landscape design for land development projects

Prepare and contribute to comprehensive plan sets, including site layout, grading, and design details

Collaborate with civil engineering teams on drainage and stormwater management integration

Assist in navigating the permitting and entitlement process with local agencies

Serve as a project lead or key contributor, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Contribute to site feasibility studies and conceptual design

Support projects across a range of asset types, including:

Commercial and industrial developments

Hospitality (hotel projects)

Residential and multi-family (including large-scale apartment developments)
-
Infrastructure-related projects (e.g., sewer/water coordination, marina and flood study support)
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Professional licensure (or progress toward licensure) preferred

Strong experience in site planning and land development

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or landscape design software

Working knowledge of grading, drainage, and site design principles

Familiarity with permitting, zoning, and municipal processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Compensation

$85K, depending on experience
