Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poachers, braising units, and food production machinery
- Execute food safety sanitizing procedures consistently to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling protocols to maintain quality and safety standards
- Support high-volume production during peak hours by managing multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of dishes to guests
