Company: EFCO Products
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Schedule: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or until production is complete
Shift Differential: Available
As production ramps up in the afternoon, you begin by walking the floor to confirm equipment and production areas are clean and ready. You verify that pre-operational sanitation is complete and documented. Once lines are running, you move between stations performing in-process checks, confirming Critical Control Points are monitored and recorded, and running metal detector verifications on schedule. Throughout the shift, you maintain precise records, validate compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and company policies, and quickly elevate any quality or food safety concern you spot. You partner with Production and Sanitation to solve problems in real time, and you assist with audits, investigations, and corrective actions that keep our products safe and consistent.
Note: This is a food safety and product quality position. It is not a maintenance, mechanic, or equipment repair role.
