Duties
- Assist lead teachers with implementing age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and learning.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions to ensure safety at all times.
- Support children with daily routines such as diapering, toileting, and personal hygiene in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Engage children through play-based learning, encouraging creativity, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports safety, accessibility, and stimulating learning experiences indoors and outdoors.
- Assist in daily cooking, snack preprations, and spesial events.
- Be able to communicate in English language to connect effectively with the teachers and children.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices is essential.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset.
- Certification in first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), pediatric first aid or related safety training is required or will be provided upon hire.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to support positive conduct.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, and children while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
