Executing accurate order entry and administration to ensure seamless processing and client satisfaction.
Coordinating shipments and collaborating with third-party vendors to guarantee timely delivery.
Optimizing inventory management by supporting routine checks and addressing discrepancies proactively.
Fostering robust relationships by responding to basic customer inquiries with empathy and clear communication.
Maintaining vital operational documents to uphold our high standards of accuracy and compliance.
What You Bring to the Team

Essential: High School diploma (or equivalent); advacned computer, typing, and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail; excellent communication abilities.
Preferred: Associate's degree; up to 3 years of experience in the legal field (highly valued for compliance and documentation accuracy); proficiency with order entry software.
