We are looking to add skilled and passionate Licensed Psychotherapists to our team; provisionally licensed will be considered. In this role, the Psychotherapist will provide direct clinical services to clients with various mental health and life struggles. You will provide direct clinical care to the population of your interest and expertise: children, adolescents, teenagers, adult and/or young adult women and men who need support in learning how to cope, navigate and heal from past traumas, grief and loss, domestic abuse, life stressors and relationship/family issues.
This position includes: providing direct psychotherapy treatment to individuals,
and couples (determined by psychotherapists' preferred population), performing client psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans and guiding the treatment process, providing psychological and emotional support to clients, facilitating groups (determined by psychotherapists' preference), and adhering to client confidentiality standards.
Although not required, bilingual psychotherapists and psychotherapists certified/trained in CBT, DBT, Trauma informed treatment, family therapy and EMDR are encouraged to apply.
In an attempt to foster client empowerment, all direct psychotherapy treatment duties are to be carried out through a client-driven model through which client input heavily shapes treatment plans and goals. The position entails providing direct clinical services at a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
