Reclaim Asset Recovery Specialists
Reclaim Asset Recovery Specialists helps individuals recover lost or forgotten assets.
We contact owners to explain we’ve located assets and can facilitate secure recovery for a small commission. We are not debt collectors.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads to inform individuals we’ve found lost assets in their name
- Explain the recovery process, answer questions, and obtain permission to proceed
- Secure verbal or written authorization and schedule follow-up as needed
- Accurately record call outcomes and client information in CRM
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines to protect client privacy and maintain professionalism
- Meet weekly and monthly performance and conversion targets
Compensation
- Commission-only pay (no base salary)
- High earning potential — commissions can exceed $15,000/month for full-time, high-performing reps
- Commission structure and payout schedule explained during interview
Work Location
- Combination of remote (work from home) and in-office (office location provided upon interview)
Requirements
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with commission-based pay. Willing to dedicate 5 hours per day, at least 5 days per week.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment-setting, or cold calling preferred
- Clear, professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Respectful, empathetic approach when discussing sensitive financial matters
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace for remote work
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
