We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings/trainings for team members.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in customer service inquiries, providing timely responses to client needs and concerns.
- Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent calendar management abilities to effectively organize schedules.
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle calls professionally.
