The Master Barber will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to determine their desired style and make recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Keep a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all safety and health regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements:
- Completion of a barbering program or apprenticeship
- Valid state barber license
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of men's grooming, including haircuts, shaves, and beard maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours
