Overview

Duties
- Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Fabricate parts as needed to meet production demands.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the training of new employees on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in an assembly line setting, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues during the assembly process.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing production needs.
