TriSource is seeking DSP staff to begin working within a well known non-profit that supports IDD adults within a day programs and residential group homes within Norristown, PA.
Pay Rate: $15.25/hour
Schedule:
Day Program-
- Monday - Friday 8a-3:30p
- Monday- Friday 9:30-2p (3-5 days a week)
Residential Group Home-
- Tuesday- Saturday 7a-3p
- Tuesday- Saturday 3p-11p
- Tuesday + Thursday 10a-2p
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting IDD Community
- Active CPR and First Aid certification
- Active Driver's License- *3 years of driving experience
- TB/PPD (completed within the past 12 months)
- Ability to pass federal background check + drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADL's based on individuals specific needs including personal care and personal support
- Support and implement activities and tasks to assigned individuals based on the assigned care plan
- Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Provide supervision and protective oversight of assigned individuals ensure their safety and well-being
