Position Summary
The Part-Time Key Holder is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Everlast showroom while delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the culture and energy of boxing, fitness, and combat sports. This role supports sales performance, showroom presentation, and team leadership while ensuring operational excellence during opening and closing shifts.
The ideal candidate is passionate about boxing, fitness, and athletic lifestyle culture, with the ability to engage customers through product knowledge, brand storytelling, and elevated customer service. The Key Holder will help create an interactive showroom experience by assisting customers with apparel, equipment, and training essentials while supporting community events, brand activations, and in-store experiences.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the showroom and registers following company procedures
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience by educating consumers on Everlast boxing, fitness, and combat sports products
- Drive sales performance and support daily KPI goals including conversion, UPT, and customer engagement
- Lead by example on the sales floor while supporting and coaching Sales Associates during shifts
- Maintain showroom standards through visual merchandising, replenishment, and organization of apparel and equipment displays
- Support inventory management, shipment processing, and loss prevention procedures
- Build strong customer relationships and foster a community-driven environment centered around fitness and combat sports culture
- Participate in showroom events, boxing activations, athlete appearances, and brand marketing initiatives
- Communicate sales performance, operational updates, and customer feedback to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy showroom environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer engagement
- At least 1 year of leadership, key holder, or retail management experience preferred
- Passion for boxing, fitness, combat sports, or athletic lifestyle brands
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced showroom environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of retail sales metrics and KPI reporting
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and equipment as needed
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
