- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
- Create a positive dining experience by responding quickly to guests’ needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and authentic Mexican dishes.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the ordering system.
- Serve meals promptly and check on guests throughout their dining experience.
- Handle cash and card payments while maintaining accurate receipts.
- Prepare tables, refill beverages, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered on time.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Support the growth of a newly opened family business by building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are highly preferred and strongly needed to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Pay: $80.00 - $150.00 per day
