Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automated manufacturing equipment throughout the facility. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform emergency, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, robotics, and automated systems.
- Maintain conveyor systems, overhead cranes, material handling equipment, and other industrial machinery.
- Perform electrical maintenance on 480V three-phase, high-voltage DC, and 24VDC systems.
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
- Conduct inspections and support equipment upgrades and engineering projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with automated systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Preferred 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including 480V three-phase systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, automation controls, and robotics.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work from vertical lifts, up to 30 feet.
- Basic Microsoft Windows computer skills and file management experience.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Work Environment
- Exposure to noise, heat, dust, fumes, machinery, and moving equipment.
- Potential exposure to outdoor weather conditions and commercial chemicals.
- Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
