We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Scooperistas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious smoothie/bowls and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Scooperista, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Serve smoothies/bowls, and other menu items with precision and care.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for Rush Bowls and creating delightful experiences for customers.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
