We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will oversee commercial construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our exacting standards of quality. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, building relationships that result in outstanding projects and lasting partnerships.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, codes, and best practices
Proficiency with project management software and digital tools
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Solid foundation in budgeting, cost control, and financial management

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Conducting feasibility studies, site evaluations, and initial assessments
Developing comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Managing all phases of construction and ensuring compliance with project specifications
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones and quality expectations
Tracking progress, expenses, and change orders through project management software
Identifying and mitigating potential risks while enforcing safety and regulatory compliance
Leading project meetings and maintaining clear communication across all parties
Ensuring all work meets company standards for quality, cost, and client satisfaction
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders
