Basic Job Duties:
- Observe details and report activities.
- Conduct foot patrols for up to 8 hours
- Complete logs and inspections.
- Organize information and file records.
- Operate CCTV software.
- Operate Access Control software.
- Operate a PC Desktop and iPhone
- Maintain positive control of Access Credentials.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Safely drive a Security Patrol Cart.
Work at various locations in Plano, Dallas, Irving, and Southlake.
Required Qualifications:
- Be 18 years of ages old.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Write with great spelling, grammar, and punctation.
- Read and Understand English.
- Pass a Criminal Background Investigation with convictions of Texas Class B misdemeanor or higher in the last 10 years.
- Have, or obtain within 45 days of employment, a Level 2 Texas Security License
- Have a valid Driver License
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to stand for up to 3 hours without a break.
- Be able to walk at a reasonable pace.
- Be able to climb stairs, ladders, and ramps.
- Be able to work in extreme cold and hot temperatures.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Demonstrate ability to use MS Outlook on a desktop and iPhone by creating, reading, saving, and replying to emails.
- Demonstrate ability to use MS Outlook Calendar by creating appointments, accepting invitations, and scheduling tasks.
- Demonstrate ability to use MS Teams by accepting an invite, creating a meeting, and operating with the camera with audio.
- Demonstrate ability to use iPhone to include using physical buttons, opening apps, and navigating various functions.
- Demonstrate ability to use TrackTik real-time reporting software app.
Preferred Qualifications:
- No scheduling limitations (Days / Times).
- Education beyond a HS Diploma or GED
- Professional references.
- Recognized professional achievements and/or awards.
- Interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels of various business organizations.
- Conflict Resolution training
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
