Duties
- Conduct thorough interviews with veterans to gather detailed information regarding their disability claims and legal needs, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Utilize legal case management systems and document management tools to accurately record case details and update client files.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate timely case review and follow-up actions, supporting project management efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to procedural law standards while reviewing documents, managing data entry, filing, and document review processes.
Experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven interviewing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with procedural law knowledge relevant to litigation or administrative proceedings is advantageous.
