Lucky Ladd Farms is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable Team Lead to oversee operations at our Coffee and Bakery Bar this fall. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, a passion for food and beverages, and previous supervisory experience. As a hands-on leader, you’ll actively support your team during shifts, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in daily operations, including guest service, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide on-the-floor supervision of team members, ensuring all service areas run smoothly during peak times.
- Train, coach, and support staff to uphold company standards and encourage continuous improvement.
- Cross-trained to work as a cashier, drink specialist, and bakery counter attendant.
- Operate POS systems and manage accurate cash handling, drawer reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Prepare coffee and specialty drinks using automated beverage equipment and assist with bakery counter service.
- Assist with food prep, dishwashing, and restocking to maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure sanitation standards are followed and all areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering guest questions related to food, beverages, and Farm Park activities.
- Use mobile devices and confidently handle various U.S. currency denominations.
- Collaborate with management to identify needs, resolve issues, and maintain high morale within the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior team lead or supervisory experience in food service or retail environments.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to outstanding guest service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal agritourism setting.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible, supporting various operational needs.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
