Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading all sales initiatives at the location level, with a focus on driving performance, developing team members, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
This role will:
- Lead and develop front-line sales team members to achieve performance goals
- Monitor sales production and implement strategies to improve results
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of sales staff
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure strong execution of customer-facing presentations and interactions
- Partner with internal teams to support location needs
- Evaluate daily sales activity and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage scheduling to ensure consistent team coverage
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of performance, preferably in a B2C environment
- 2+ year of sales leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and community engagement
- Ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days of employment
