ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Be able to read orders and blueprints.
- Follow directions for job orders and production schedule.
- Help where needed throughout the plant.
- Maintain PPE for good working conditions.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Understand industrial safety procedures and always adhere to company safety standards.
- Able to take directions, communicate with others, and complete tasks efficiently with a high level of quality.
- Attention to detail to be able to point out missing welds and make product look good before paint.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
