Summary
Directs manufacturing operations for the facility. Build and develop operations organization, processes and procedures to support strategic direction. Establish operations initiatives for improvement in delivery, quality, cost, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes Operations standards for quality, throughput, cost control, on-time delivery and waste reduction.
- Establishes expectations and drives Production Planning.
- Establishes manufacturing policies in Lean Manufacturing techniques, OEE application, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, production scheduling, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures.
- Directs implementation and execution of manufacturing policies and continuous improvement practices throughout organization.
- Oversees the implementation of manufacturing schedules, manpower and facilities requirements, quality control, production and production control standards.
- Insures prompt and economical receipt of needed materials and supplies to ensure on time delivery of finished products to customers.
- Builds, develops, and manages manufacturing leadership team capable of carrying out needed manufacturing strategies and improving employee relations.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Process Improvement, freight and distribution, and production scheduling.
- 7-10 years plant management experience in the manufacturing environment.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
