About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CNC Lathe Machinist to join our high-precision manufacturing team. You will play a vital role in driving production efficiency by expertly setting up and operating advanced turning equipment to deliver high-quality components for critical industries.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operation of 2 and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes to meet rigorous production schedules.

Optimize machining processes by leveraging deep knowledge of G-code programming and Fanuc control systems.

Ensure component integrity by performing precise inspections using advanced measuring tools and gages.

Interpret intricate blueprints and apply GD&T standards to guarantee all parts meet exact engineering specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to maintain seamless workflows and uphold high manufacturing standards.

Improve cycle times and material throughput by effectively managing bar feeding systems and machine adjustments.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe operation and setup.

Proven proficiency in G-code programming and Fanuc controls.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T.

Demonstrated expertise in precision measurement and quality verification.

Must hold U.S. Person status.
