We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! Duties
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels including social media management platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as Workday, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft.
- Conduct comprehensive talent management activities, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting initiatives to identify high-potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through relationship management and cold calling to generate lead pipelines.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure a seamless onboarding process while adhering to labor regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension, including employee orientation and onboarding procedures.
- Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with HR teams on employee evaluation, employee relations, succession planning, and training & development programs to support ongoing talent growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or talent acquisition with a focus on bilingual staffing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms such as Lever, Taleo, UltiPro, or Kronos is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, research techniques, and sales strategies within a recruiting context.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations and HRIS systems like Workday or Paychex is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and [second language], with the ability to effectively engage diverse candidate pools.
- Prior experience using ATS tools such as iCIMS or Salesforce for managing candidate pipelines is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment; proactive attitude towards lead generation and candidate sourcing. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
