We are seeking an energetic Full-Time Travel Agent (Consultant) to join our passionate team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them craft seamless travel experiences through expert advice, detailed planning, and efficient reservations. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel scheduling, itinerary development, and destination recommendations
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and tailor travel plans accordingly
- Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining organized records of all reservations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends, policies, and destination information
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and options for clients
Experience
- Proven experience working in a remote sales environment or customer service role within the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of travel planning, scheduling, and booking procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional client communication skills to build trust and ensure satisfaction
- Prior experience in sales or reservation systems is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and industry updates
