Position Highlights:
- Competitive Earnings: Clinicians are paid on a commission basis, with potential earnings ranging from $65K to $120K per year, depending on client caseload.

What We’re Looking For:
- A current, valid license in Maryland (LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical practice experience.
- Ability to work 25-27 session hours per week.
- Comfort with technology, including Gmail, electronic health records, and Zoom.
- Advanced training in a specific area of therapy is a plus.
- Paneled with BCBS, Cigna, or United Healthcare is a bonus.
- Prior private practice or group practice experience is advantageous.
Education: Minimum requirement is a Master’s degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.
- Ensure therapy sessions are conducted in a confidential and secure environment, especially for remote work.
- Maintain timely and accurate client records.
- Collaborate with treatment teams as necessary to ensure the best care for clients.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings for peer consultation and professional development.
