Location: Milford, NH
Employment Type: 5-Week Contract with possible extensions
Shift time: 7 am-3:30 PM (40hrs/week - 1st shift)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team on a short-term contract basis. The LNA will provide essential support with daily living activities, deliver basic patient care, and ensure patient safety and comfort under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Record and monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Help with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers while maintaining safety protocols
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by adhering to infection control guidelines
- Promptly report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Support nursing staff during medical procedures and provide direct patient care as instructed
- Accurately document patient care services and observations
Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- LNA state license
- 1 years of experience in Nursing home or Rehab
