Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pulse4Pulse is seeking a polished, professional, and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on preventative cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients
- Perform patient intake and EMR documentation
- Conduct non-invasive cardiovascular screening tests, including:
- ABI testing
- ANS testing
- Sudomotor testing
- Upload and submit test results to the reviewing physician
- Maintain accurate documentation and efficient clinic workflow
- Support a high-quality patient experience through professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (required)
- Experience in a medical office or clinical setting
- Experience with Epic preferred, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and presentation

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
