Description:
This job requires great communication skills and enthusiasm. You will need to communicate effectively with your teammates and clients. Kind, honest, creative, and detail-oriented personality is needed to succeed in this position. Even though speaking fluent Spanish is not required, you will need at least some intermediate Spanish and must be willing to learn as many of our clients are Hispanic. It is very important to ensure we meet the client’s expectations by listening to what they like and getting an idea of what they want. However, you are expected to go above and beyond and provide recommendations as needed. We welcome your creativity, imagination, and feedback. Flexibility in priorities according to the boutique’s needs is required. There is the opportunity to grow in the company.
Qualifications:
· Intermediate Spanish with a willingness to learn.
· Due to the nature of the job, only female candidates will be considered.
· Effective interaction and communication skills.
· No degree required.
· High school diploma.
Desired skills:
· Fluent Spanish.
· Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and other social media.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Responsibilities:
· Deliver personalized experience to clients according to their needs.
· Ensure clients get exceptional and impeccable treatment throughout their session so that they feel special and celebrated as this will be a day they will remember for the rest of their lives.
· Help clients choose and try on their special occasion dress/gown.
· Update inventory on a regular basis.
· Manage appointments and client communication, as well as follow-ups with clients.
· Maintain the work area clean and tidy.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Sewing experience preferred (extra earnings).
