As a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will:
- Facilitate rapid improvement events (Kaizen, sprints, workshops), guiding teams through structured problem‑solving and solution design.
- Design and scale enterprise CI programs that hard‑wire continuous improvement into processes and ways of working.
- Partner with senior leaders to surface the highest‑value opportunities aligned to business objectives and strategic outcomes.
- Lead end‑to‑end improvement lifecycles—from root‑cause analysis and solution development to implementation and long‑term sustainment.
- Build capability across the enterprise through training, coaching, and mentorship—creating CI multipliers at every level.
- Model facilitative leadership, empowering teams to challenge the status quo and drive collaborative change.
- Apply advanced methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking) to accelerate results and maximize impact. Capture and scale what works by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
- Leverage digital tools and analytics to improve visibility, scalability, and effectiveness of CI initiatives.
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $88,700 - $116,500. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
