Lead, coach, and develop our centralized Talent Acquisition team using Health Dimensions Group's EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) leadership model.
Establish recruiting priorities, service standards, and performance goals that align with organizational growth and workforce needs.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing recruiting culture while supporting the professional growth of your team.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, improve candidate experience, reduce reliance on agency staffing, and drive measurable improvements in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention.
Create consistent recruiting processes, standards, and service expectations across our managed senior living communities.
Analyze recruiting metrics, workforce trends, and staffing challenges to continuously improve recruiting performance.
Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and the People & Culture team on workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and talent availability.
Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting solutions.
Coach hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interviewing best practices, and candidate selection.
Support the onboarding of new communities into HDG's centralized recruiting services while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Assist with recruitment efforts for Health Dimensions Group corporate positions as needed.
Champion and continuously evolve the Health Dimensions Group and Dimensions Living employment brand to attract exceptional talent.
Serve as an ambassador of HDG's Proven Process, "Caring Above and Above," by effectively communicating our culture and values throughout the candidate experience.
Build relationships with colleges, vocational and technical schools, professional organizations, and other community partners to strengthen future talent pipelines.
Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing networking, employee referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, career fairs, and other innovative recruiting methods.
Solicit feedback from hiring leaders and continuously enhance recruiting services through actionable process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within the TA or HR realm, or in another role with responsibility for leading and developing a team.
Healthcare and/or senior living recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site organizations is a plus.
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative recruiting skills.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop recruiting professionals.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Creative, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement.
