JOB SUMMARY: (Overall purpose and objective of the job)
The Enterprise AI Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and enhance business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design AI models, analyze data, and deploy AI solutions. The Enterprise AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's AI strategy, contributing to its growth, and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and performance of AI systems

1. Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define AI project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
3. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models
4. Design and optimize machine learning architectures, neural networks, and deep learning models
5. Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis
6. Explore and apply state-of-the-art AI methodologies and tools to improve existing systems
7. Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, libraries, and technologies for project development
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in AI and machine learning
9. Perform rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and robustness
10. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems
11. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI-related projects
12. Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports on AI models, methodologies, and findings
13. Participate in knowledge sharing activities, including training sessions and workshops

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. A master's or Ph.D. is preferred
2. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, preferably in a professional setting
3. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
6. Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction
7. Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
8. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects within deadlines
11. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
12. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments
SKILLS AND ABILITY

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, DS or related, Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong internet research skills
- Proficient in Generative AI
- Ability to understand commercial real estate terms and standards
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Interest in commercial real estate preferred
