You’ll be the go-to pro for keeping production assets running at their best. You will:

Own preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and high-speed production equipment—using diagrams, schematics, manuals, and engineering specs

Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing machine operation, listening for abnormalities, and applying precision measuring and test instruments

Complete assigned PMs and corrective work orders; document work performed, parts used, and orders placed

Minimize downtime by coaching production teams on routine preventive techniques, monitoring adherence, and jumping in to keep lines running at top efficiency

Perform both planned and unscheduled maintenance as required

Maintain a safe, orderly workspace by following all procedures, rules, and regulations

Manage parts and supplies—check stock levels, forecast needs, and conserve resources to achieve results

Pitch in with other tasks as assigned

Ability to read and follow SOPs and instructions

Solid computer skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities

Hands-on proficiency adjusting speeds, temperatures, and liquid levels on processing equipment

Strength in diagnosing complex process issues

Skill making mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic adjustments

Preferred: ability to interpret blueprints, electrical prints, and machine schematics

Comfort with complex processing systems and the initiative to keep growing technically

Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) required

High school diploma or GED
-
1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience

Preferred: 2+ years in plant maintenance/high-speed production or technical school certification
